  The New Chinese Practical Reader book is required by my course and I find it super useful after finishing my course. The learning pace is reasonable – it assumes learners are motivated, and very quickly progresses to language and grammar you can use every day. Unlike other textbooks, The New Chinese Practical Reader provides very detailed and efficient Pinyin learning at the beginning lessons. Thus, you can learn further and better. Each chapter has quite a few new characters and vocabulary to learn. It`s very popular books so that you can buy on Amazon or other sites. I`ve also got some free download PDF as well as mp3 versions.

  Hi, I would like to point out that the material under “New Practical Chinese Reader Textbook 3 mp3:” seems to be wrong. It says “Textbook”, but when you unzip the file it is actually “Workbook”. And the files do look the same. I hope you can fix that.

  This is a huge huge help! I was able to send the pdf to my language partner in Guangzhou so she can work with me – AND – even more useful: my CD is stuck in my external hard drive and therefore unusable, so having your mp3’s is saving my life! THANKS!

  I face many difficulties when studying Chinese, inaccurate pronunciation, grammar etc., and I try to explore methods overcoming it, such as read Chinese newspaper, watch video. However, it doesn’t help me a lot. Moreover., they set personalized plan according to situation for me, which helps me really.
